Moms peppers in Ketsup

Ingredients
2 gallons peppers2 cloves garlic1 large 32 oz bottle ketchup3/4 cup oil or crisco2 cups sugar1 pt apple cider vinegar
Directions
wash peppers, cut in chunks.
combine ketchup, oil, sugar, vinegar and chopped garlic in large pot
let come to a boil
add peppers to boiling ingredients
cook for 10 minutes
pack in hot jars and seal
you can add hot peppers, or banana peppers ot weiners if you want to at this point
makes approx 9 pints
figured at 10 servings per pint
