3 slices Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread 1 Egg white1 large Eggsplash of orange juiceCinnamon, groundNutmeg, ground3 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese or other topping
Spray a nonstick pan with oil and pre-heat.
Beat together egg, egg white, and a splash of orange juice. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Dip bread into egg mixture, then cook in pan until browned on both sides.
Top with cream cheese, or sprinkle with powdered sugar, or spread with jam, or top with fresh berries, or add your favorite topping!
Makes one serving.
