Kathy's Zesty Lime Chicken

Ingredients
Marinade:1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade1 T. lime juice1 pound boneless chicken breastsDressing:1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise1/2 cup low-fat sour cream1 T. lime juice1 t. minced onion1/2 t. parsley flakes1/4 t. dried dill weed1/4 t. paprika1/4 t. cayenne 1/4 t. cumin14 t. chili powder1/4 t. saltdash black pepperdash garlic powder1 c. shredded cheddar cheeseCrushed corn chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F.

Cut chicken breasts into strips and marinate for 1 hour; grill or bake until done. Place in 9" x 13" baking dish and cover with dressing. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Sprinkle crushed corn chips over top and serve with Spanish Rice. Serves 6

    Hi, I hope you like it. I love, love this recipe. It is so easy to make--the hardest part is making the sauce. I love to serve this with Lipton's Taco Rice. Yum!
