Low Carbohydrate Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

3 tsp. baker's yeast3 Tbs. orange blossom honey1 cup very warm water1 cup whole wheat flour2 cups bread flour6 Tbs. Vital wheat gluten2 tsp. salt2 Tbs. lemon peel1 Tbs. poppy seed1 Tbs. black sesame seed
Mix yeast, honey, and warm water and place in bread machine for 20 minutes to proof. Add remaining ingredients in order given and turn machine onto light whole wheat bread. When done, place on a rack to cool. Cut loaf vertically in half, then cut each half into 12 pieces. Makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf of 24 servings. Serve as is, or with fat free cream cheese or sour cream.
