Healthy Bran Muffins

2-1/2 c oat bran1-1/2 c whole wheat flour tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 beaten eggs1 c 1% milk2 tb canola oil or margarinecinnamon, 2 tsp2 c raisins2 c bananas1 c applesauce
Mix dry ingredients well and mix wet ingredients separately at first, then mix all together. Spray medium sized muffin tin or mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Add batter and bake medium sized muffins about 30 minutes and mini muffins about 15 minutes in a preheate over at 375 degrees. Yummy!
