Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplins

Ingredients
5-6 medium potatoes1 medium onion2 stalks of celery1 lb boneless, skinless chicken carrots (optional)salt pepper to taste1 cup milk 2 %1 cup flour2 cups Bisquick2/3 cup milk 2%
Directions
Place potatoes, onion, celery, carrots (optional),chicken breasts in crock pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with water and cook for 7-8 hours on low. After you get home from work, remove chicken, shred it, then re add it to the pot. Then mix together 1 cup of flour and one cup of milk and add to pot. Stir well. Mix together Bisquick and 2/3 cup milk and spoon on top. Cover and cook for 1 more hour.
