Hot Chicken Salad Pie

Ingredients
1 can chicken, chopped1 cup cooked rice1/2 med. onion chopped1/4 cup chopped celery1/2 can equivalent mushroom soup*NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL COUNT1/2 cup light mayonnaise2 tbls. lemon juice1/2 tsp. salt2 grated hard-boiled eggs1- 9" deep dish pie shell1 cup crushed corn flakes2 tbls. light butter
Directions
Bake pie shell according to package directions. Mix together the first nine ingredients. Fill baked pie shell with chicken mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Melt butter and mix into corn flakes. Sprinkle over pie and bake 5 minutes more.
