Ingredients
1 cup chicken thighs, cooked2 cups 2% milk1/4 cup flour2 tbsp green pepper, chopped2 tbsp red pepper, chopped1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped1 tsp olive oil1 cup peas, cookedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In medium saucepan, gradually stir flour into milk, bring to a boil while continually stirring for 1 minute. Saute mushrooms and peppers in oil till tender. Add to white sauce. Add cooked chicken and peas to sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat for 5 minutes until all flavors have combined. Serve over toast or biscuits. Serves appx. 6
