Peanut Butter Granola bars

Ingredients
2 cups - Quaker Quick Oats 2 1/2 cups - Rice Krispies Cereal1/2 cup - Honey1/2 cup - Brown Sugar1/2 cup - Peanut butter No sugar added 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix oats and rice krispies in a large bowl.
Grease 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium sauce pan heat honey and sugar on medium until just boiling. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla stir until creamy. Add pb mixture to dry mix. Stir.
Press mixture into pan and let cool.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Cut 1 1/2 inch wide bars

    This recipe for "Peanut Butter Protein Bars" caught my eye as being delicious and packed with nutrition.

    I was disappointed that the protein count appears to be way off - it's more like a gram count of less than 4 per serving, as opposed to 27+ per serving.
