Chicken N Dumplins

4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed1 qt chicken brothbaby carrots4 potatoes, cubed1 can no salt added corn1 can no salt added peas2 cups Bisquick mix3/4 cup milk2 tsp parsley flakes
In slow cooker add chicken, broth, carrots, potatoes, corn, and peas. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, turn down to low for additional 1 1/2 hours. Turn cooker back up to high, Mix bisquick, parsley and milk together in bowl and drop dough on top of stew, cover and cook for at least 30 minutes, do not open lid during the 30 minute steam time. To check dumplings cut one open and check for doneness.
