Ingredients
1 14 oz can of Chickpeas1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs2 egg whites1/3 cup of chopped onions1/4 cup of chopped yellow peppersGaram Masala, Salt, and Pepper to Taste.
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until blended. Create 3 patties. Over medium heat, use cooking spray to coat pan. Cook covered until brown on each side and hot inside. Eat em!
