Raisin Scones

Ingredients
1.75 cups all-purpose flour1/4 cup Splenda1 Tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 cup margarine1/4 cup raisins3/4 cup skim milk
Directions
In a large bowl combine flour, Splenda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
With pastry blender or 2 knives , cut up margerine into flour mixture until mixture is crumbly. Stir in raisins. Add milk, mixing just enough to moisten.
Turn dough onto floured surface & Knead 6-8 times. Roll out into an 8 inch circle.
With a knife cut into 8 wedges and place on a cookie sheet. brush tops with beaten egg white and sprinkle a little Splenda on top.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
