Ingredients: Eddie's Whole Wheat Penne Organic (serv = dry), 4.5 cup (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Sweet peppers (bell), 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)*Summer Squash, 1 large (remove)Mushrooms, canned, 170 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Madame Chevre Fine Herbs Soft Goat Cheese, 4 oz (remove)Cherry TomatoesParm cheese (topping)
Directions
Cook Pasta.

Saute Chopped Veggies.

Mix Pasta, Veggies and crumbled goat cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or so (until cheese melts).
