Ingredients
1 - 4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 Cup - Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Pasta1 Can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup2 Cups Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar CheeseDash Garlic PowderDash Onion Powder
Directions
In 2-3 quart sauce pan boil chicken breast, garlic powder & onion powder. When chicken is done remove from water and put aside. Add noodles to water and cook til almost tender do not add more water, add soup and simmer, cut chicken into bite size pieces add to noodles and stir in, add 1 cup cheese stir well, pour mixture into 8X8 baking pan ( I use pyrex, no oil or spray needed) spread evenly and sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top. Bake in a 400 oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Fat Free cheese does not melt like regular cheddar so it looks different but taste good.
I serve 8 servings from an 8X8 pan ( 4 cuts down one side and 1 cut through the middle)
