Potato Planks

Ingredients
3 med potatoes2 Tbsp Canoila Oil1 Tsp Salt1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp paprika1/4 dry mustard1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Prepare potaoes for boiling, (Do not Pare), cut lengthwise into eights. Set oven control to broil and/ or 550. Place potaoes cut sides down, in ungreased jelly roll pan (151/2x101/2x1); brush with oil. Mix remaining ingredients, sprinkle potatoes with half the mixture. Broil potatoes with tops about 3 inches from the heat until potatoes begin to bubble slightly, about 10 min. Turn and repaet with oil and remainder of mixture. Broil until golden brown and tender, about 5 min longer. Serve with sour cream
