Almonds, 1 cup, whole I cut mine someOats, 2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, .5 cupHoney, .5 cup Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packedButter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp 7-Fruit Blend, 1/2 cup
I toast the almonds, oats, Sunflower seeds and wheat germ for about 15-20 min in the oven on 300
I use some of the butter to butter an 8 by 8 pan
then combine butter honey sugar salt and extract on medium heat until everything combines.
Then mix the oat combination with the honey combination and add the fruit blend cook for about 20-25 min at 300.
let cool then cut into 14 even squares.
