1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs3 T cornstarchjuice of one lemon1" chunk of ginger, sliced2 T soy sauce2 T plum sauce2 T hoisin sauce
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for one hour.
