Sounds good only Id personally omit the garlic (food allergies) the only satay I have ever had was inedible due to errors made by the Indonesian pavillion at K Days one year. I have used satay suce in chinese food but I am curious as to whether its the authentic taste. - 10/16/10

I made this yesterday morming - in a HOTEL restaurant, and didn't even need a saucepan, I used a bowl!! I also didn't have the garlic or ginger, but the rest of the ingredients made a wonderfull dip for the sliced cucmbers and carrots on display! - 8/2/10
