One medium cucumberLemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt.
Rinse and peel cucumber, or if unwaxed you can leave the peel on it if you like.
Cut in approx 1/4 inch rounds and arrange in single layer on plate.
Sprinkle roounds lightly with lemon & pepper seasoning salt (doesn't take much cause it has alot of flavor).
Snack away and enjoy!
