Black Bean and Mango Burritos

Ingredients
1 can of Black BeansAbout 1/4 cup of chopped onion1 mango (fresh or frozen)1 Tbsp Canola Oil2 cloves of garlic (minced)Dried Cumin Salt and Pepper to tasteSour Cream and Cheese for toppings (opt.)Your choice of tortilla (not calculated in recipe)Hint* Some fresh cilantro can serve as a nice garnish.
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in a sauce pan. Drain most of the liquid from the Black Beans (you can always add water later if the beans dry out) and then put them in with the onions. Once hot, mash about half and add spices to taste.
Thinly slice mangoes.
Place beans and mangoes on burrito, top with cheese and sour cream and enjoy! Add cilantro if you like!
