Ingredients
3 Cans Whole Kernel Corn1- 8oz pkg Low Fat Cream Cheese0.5 stick Butter0.25 Cup Skim Milk2 to 3 Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Melt butter and cream cheese with milk. Add drained corn & peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Yield: about 14 half-cup servings.
