Green Bean Hamburger Cassorole

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean hamburger4 cups cleaned, snapped fresh green beans1 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces1 15 oz can organic bean soup (vegetarian)1.5 tsp. white wheat flour1.5 tsp. whole wheat flour1 cup prepared Milkman powdered milk1 tsp. Morton salt substitute1 tbsp garlic powder3 tbsp canola oil1 cup soy bacon bits
Directions
Brown hamburger in skillet with canola oil. Add both flours into hamburger mixture, stir well, and brown. Add milk. Stir until thickened. Add green beans that have been microwaved for about 8-12 minutes depending on your microwave (or until tender). Add drained mushrooms, Morton no salt, and garlic powder. Stir well. Add soy bacon bits, stir well. When heated through - serve with garlic toast or some other favorite bread product.

Makes about 6 servings depending on how hearty you eat.
