Greek Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup Lemon Juice1 TBS Honey5 Cloves Garlic, crushed2 TBS dried Rosemary1 tsp dried Oregano
Directions
Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients in a glass dish.

Add chicken and coat with marinade.

Marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes. Dish may be covered and marinated over night for a more pronounced flavor. (overnight is definitely recommended!)

Drain chicken, reserving marinated and cook chicken . . basting with marinated either on a grill for approx 10 min each side. (If cooking in the oven, there's no need to drain the marinade . . just make sure to turn the chicken so it cooks evenly.)

Let rest for approx. 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings (one breast, or two tenders each).

**NOTE - if marinade is discarded, calorie count will be slightly lower**
