Broccolli Casserole

Ingredients
2- 10oz bags of chopped frozen broccoli1- egg1 cup - Hellman's Lt Mayonaisse2 cups- FF Shredded cheddar cheese1 can- Campbell's Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Directions
Broccoli should be chopped. Thaw and drain broccoli.

Add mayo, egg, cheese, soup and mix together with broccoli.

Place in baking dish. Top with 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

    no mayo, and I used the RITZ 'honey butter' flavored
