Ingredients
1 cup flour1 cup desicated coconut1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup sugarpinch salt1 tbsp Golden Syrup1 tbsp low fat spread1 tsp baking sodaMilk as needed
Directions
- Mix dry ingriedients
- Melt spread and syrup together in microwaveable bowl
- Add soda to hot syrup and let fizz until foamy
- Fold wet ingriedients in
- Add milk as needed until mixture is a fairly thick spooning consistency
- Bake in center of 180c oven for 15-20 minutes or until Crunchies are golden brown and are, well, crunchy, on top.
