I made this for dinner and found it to be rather bland... I added some salsa to it, salsa makes everything taste better : ) - 5/14/08

This is good as is, but I added some diced tomato as well. I also made it on the stove top rather than baking. - 5/13/08

I healthy sauted this in 2 TBSP of water in a skillet on the stove top. It was flavorful and moist--and i was able to eliminate using foil which i don't use in my household. - 5/13/08

As Technologist points out the sodium is high. I would check where the soldium is and eliminate that ingredient. I feel that it might be in the garlic powder and I would sub fresh garlic as it is what it keep in my house. I have no garlic powder on hand - 5/13/08

Really very good; next time I make it I will put it in a casserole dish with cover instead of aluminum foil. Good idea about the salsa. - 10/26/11
