Sauteed Zucchini Veggie Dish

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup zucchini, sliced, then halved1 cup red pepper, strips1 cup onion, sliced, then havled1 cup tomatoes, sliced, then halved1 T Parmesan Cheese1 T. Olive Oil2 tsp garlic, mincedsalt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients (except cheese and salt/pepper) and sautee in frying pan, until veggies are crisp-tender, toss in cheese and season with salt and pepper to liking.
