smoked salmon and roti

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/2 cup waterdash salt1 tbs mayo1 oz feta1 medium slice onion1/2 pkg cream cheesespiced to liking dash of warcheshire sauce 6 oz smoked salmon cut into slivers
Directions
mix flour water and salt to make a dough
let sit 10 min
roll into four balls coat with flour to prevent sticking and roll thin
toast until golden brown and puffy
this is the easiest way to make a nice flat bread

in processor mix onion, spices, feta, mayo, warcheshire, and cream cheese. toss with cut up salmon to mix well. chill at least one hour and enjoy.
