1 lb. Tilapia fillets 2 TBS melted margarine1 TBS lemon juice1 TBS garlic powder1 TBS Italian seasoning1/2 TBS onion powder1/4 TBS black pepper (freshly ground)
Mix all ingredients together and spread/brush over tilapia fillets. Place under broiler for 10-12 minutes.
