2 cups whole wheat flour2 cups Oatmeal, not instant2 tbsp baking powder1 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 cup water1/2 cup oil1/2 cup honey1/2 cup Agave Syrup1/2 cup liquid egg substitute1/2 cup wheat germ3 cups blackberries
Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder in bowl. Add raisins, wheat germ, walnuts. Add liquid ingredients. Fold in blackberries. Spray muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Makes 28 deep dish muffins.
