1 16 oz package Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breakfast Sausage1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup½ cup fat free half and half1 tsp onion powder1 tsp ground sage½ tsp black pepper1 17.3 oz can Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle Reduced Fat Golden Wheat Biscuits (calories are not included in recipe; see note above)
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Break up turkey sausage in skillet and cook until browned; drain. Wipe skillet, return to stove and heat over medium heat. Pour cream of mushroom soup and half and half into skillet and whisk until smooth. When soup mix is begins to bubble, add turkey sausage, onion powder, sage and black pepper. Allow to boil slightly, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 10-20 minutes.
