(Breakfast in a cup) Veggie Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 – banana or frozen banana15 – Baby Carrots 1 – Small Granny Smith Apple 1 – cup of crushed ice ½ cup cold water
Directions
Peal banana, quarter and core apple (leave skin on)
Place all ingredients in vita mixer or high speed blender for 30 seconds
or until well blended. (Blenders vary)

Pour in a tall glass add a straw and enjoy.

Note: this can be doubled and frozen. Defrost at room temp for 15 minutes before
serving as a frozen snack or give another whirl in the blender to re-smoothie.
