Heart Healthy "Guacomole"

Ingredients
24 stalks asparagus, trimmed and coarsely chopped1/2 cup salsa2 cloves garlic1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro4 scallions (or green onions), sliced
Directions
Place asparagus in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Place asparagus, and all remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until fairly smooth or desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Serve.

Great with tortilla chips or sliced vegies.
