Protein Chili

Ingredients
1-16 oz. package of Laura's Lean Beef1 can of black beans1 can of Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Peppers and Onions1 tsp of dried cilantro1 tsp of cinnamon1 tsp of onion powder1 tsp of red chili powderSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the meat in a sauce pan with Pam Cooking spray. Add in all spices and stir. Pour in can of tomatoes and beans and let simmer on stove for 30 minutes.

I serve this on lettuce, in a green or red pepper, on top of a baked tortilla, or I take it to parties with the water drained and serve it with baked tortilla chips and top with lowfat cheese for a dip.
