1 Banana about 8 inches long2 cups Skim Milk2 tbsp Hershey's Light Chocolate Syrup
Freeze banana for atleast 1 hour (key to getting the smoothie like texture). Take frozen banana peal and chucnk. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until banana is chopped. pour into 2 glasses and serve. Makes about 2 1-cup servings.
