Ingredients
1can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup4 pork chops2 cups minute rice cooked.5 c frozen peas
Directions
brown chops in skillet, reduce heat and add cream of mushroom soup, let simmer for about 5 minutes. add peas until heated through.
serve ontop of 1/4 of the rice
enjoy!

    This just as delicious as my mothers "pork chops and mushroom soup". But hers are breaded and fried, and she doesn't put peas in it. Definitely not as healthy as this! - 2/21/13
