Cabbage & Beef Stirfry

Ingredients
2 cups white rice cooked2 lbs. beef tips for stir fry8 oz mushrooms1 large head of cabbage (shredded)
Directions
makes 8 - 1 cup servings

cook rice as directed on the package.
(enough to yield 4 cups)
Saute beef and garlic in heated olive oil, until beef is brown. Add Cabbage and mushrooms and cover. Steam until veggies are tender.
Salt and pepper to taste

Serve over rice.
