Ingredients
1 box Zataran’s Reduced Sodium Jambalaya3/4 cup Chopped onion3/4 cup Chopped bell pepper1-14 oz package Healthy Choice smoked sausage
Directions
Brown sliced smoked sausage, onion and bell pepper together. In a pot, boil the instructed amount of water on the box. After it comes to a boil, add the box of jambalaya mix and the sausage, onion and bell pepper mixture. Cover and simmer according to instructions on box. Makes 7 1-cup serving.
