1 fresh cucumber, peeled and sliced1 lemon, sliced1 tsp fresh grated gingermint leaves (I just use a bunch!)
put all ingredients in 2 qt container, fill with water (I have great well water, so I use tap). Let steep over night, then chill and drink throughout the day. I found that you have to grate the ginger to get the most benefit, but it does create the need to strain, unless you don't mind it in your drink! Could not put the mint in the calculator, since fresh mint leaves were not in the food list!
