Casserole Enchiladas

Ingredients
Pace Picante Sauce2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast19oz can Old El Paso Enchilada sauce2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese9 flour tortillas1 med can sliced black olives
Directions
place chicken in crock pot and add enough picante sauce to cover. Cook on low until falling apart. Shred chicken.
Layer in casserole dish enchilada sauce, tortillas, chicken, black olives, cheese and repeat.
Cook in 350 degree oven 30-35 mins
Swap low fat cheese and tortillas and save on fat content.
