Chicken curry with broccoli

Ingredients
1 jar of Trader Joe's curry simmer sauce16-20 oz chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes3 cups chopped fresh (or frozen) broccoli
Directions
Heat jar of curry sauce in large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli and stir. Cook 10 additional minutes, stirring occasionally.

We ate ours over 1/2 cup brown rice. YUMMY!
Makes 3.5 servings (about 1 cup, I guess...)
