Hummus

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, with liquid2 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp lemon juice (fresh)1 tbsp tahini1 tsp olive oil1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp fresh parsley1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
Add drained beans (reserve liquid) and all other ingredients to the blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add enough reserved liquid from the chickpeas to achieve the desired consistency (remember, it will thicken a bit in the frig.) Makes 6 servings.
