Super Easy BBQ Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
*Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 56 oz Salt, .25 tsp, to tastePepper, black, .25 tsp, to taste*Barbecue Sauce, 6 cup (8 fl oz), or to taste Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)Liquid Smoke - dash to taste (no more than 1 tsp)Hard Rolls (includes kaiser), 16 roll (3-1/2" dia)
Directions
Cut roast in half, rub with salt & pepper to taste, place in slow cooker, drizzle just enough BBQ sauce to cover the top of the roast. Set slow cooker to low for 8 hours. About 1 hour after starting, add 1/4 -1/2 cup water and Liquid Smoke and baste roast every hour or as needed.
When done, remove roast, place on large plate, shred and remove fat. Empty slow cooker of water. Place roast back in slow cooker, add remaining bbq sauce, or to taste, and cook additional 30 minutes to heat. Spoon pork on a sandwich roll and you're in heaven!
