Lightly Stuffed Artichoke Hearts

6 oz of frozen artichoke hearts (I use Trader Joes brand)1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, seasoned as you wish.1 oz of shredded romano cheese1/8th cup of extra vurgin olive oil.NOTE: all amounts estimated, as in all Italian cooking, measure with your feelings.
1. pre heat oven to 400
2. cut top off of frozen artichoke bag, mix in oil , cheese and bread crumbs and shake after closing
3. (mix in bowl or cooking dish other wise : )
4. place in oven. Cook until lightly browned.
Add in chopped black olives or peppers for a different taste.
