Ingredients
1/2 c butter1 c white flour1 c whole wheat flour5 small bananas mashed1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 c brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
combine all dry ingredients mixing thoroughly. Melt butter and beat with eggs by hand. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the bananas and mix.

I make mini muffins for the kids lunches and then either make 6 full size muffins or put the remaining batter into a loaf pan. Bake the muffins for 18-20 min. Loaf pan must bake for about 40 -45 mins.
Bake at 350 degrees Makes about 12 servings.
