Oatmeal Chocolate Chip/Raisin Cookies

3/4 cup Smart Balance 50/50 butter blend or other butter.5 cup sugar (or Splenda, which I used)1 cup brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1 cup flour.5 raisins, can add up to 1 cup.5 cup milk chocolate chips3 cups plain instant oatmeal1 egg.25 cup skim or 1% milk1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put softened butter, egg, sugars, milk and vanilla into large bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in another bowl and add to butter mixture. Mix well.
Stir in oatmeal, raisins and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets or baking stone.
Bake 12-15 minutes, remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire racks.
Makes 4 dozen, 3 dozen if you use tablespoon sized dough balls.
