Low Fat Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

4 TBS margarine3 eggs1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk3 TBS nonfat milk3/4 tsp salt3/4 tsp baking soda1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. wheat flour1 c. quick cooking oatmeal1 1/2 c. mashed bananas1 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix the first three ingredients together until well blended, then stir in the milks and add the mashed bananas.
Sift salt, soda and flours together and add the oatmeal. Add this to the wet ingrdients. Pour into well greased muffin tins. Let stand for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
