Egg and Sausage Bake

Ingredients
Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 8 slice Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 8 slice Pork Sausage, 2 pounds, cooked and drained2 cups egg substitute4.5 cups skim milk1 can of mushrooms, drained
Directions
Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan and lay bread slices on bottom. Place cheese slices on the bread. Crumble and fry the sausage and place on cheese. Beat the eggs; add mustard, milk and pour over above layers. Add mushrooms if desired. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
