mushroom spinach turkey meatloaf

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup choppedOnions, raw, 1/4 cup, choppedSpinach, fresh, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large *Fat Free Mozzarella, 3/4 cupgia russa whole grain bread crumbs, 3/4 cupplus additional seasonings to your tasteI used red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and italian season
Directions
Chop spinach, then combine by hand with turkey, mushrooms, onion, cheese, and egg. Add bread crumbs and seasons and form into a loaf and place in glass dish. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour.
