Cilantro Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
1 package pasta (whole wheat or regular - any type) - Optional1/2 cup Olive Oil1 bunch Fresh Cilantro (chopped)2 tsp Chicken Boullion powder or 1 cube3-4 cloves of Galric 1/2 cup water
Directions
Pesto Sauce:
Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan and add garlic.
Roast garlic until lightly brown.
Add chopped cilantro and chicken boullion and stir until powder is disloved.
Slowly add water.
Put sauce in food processor with Parmesean cheese and process until well blended.
Pour over pasta or vegetables if you like

    I made this tonight and it was FABULOUS , however I added some fresh parmesan about 1/2 cup and the juice of 1 lime along with a little cumin , it was the best pesto I ever had, but I do love cilantro! - 2/26/14
